I’ve noticed that most of my stress doesn’t come from too much work…
It comes from avoiding the work.
The task I delay stays in my mind all day.
It drains energy without even being done.
But the moment I start — even for 10 minutes — the anxiety begins to fade.
Action creates clarity.
Action builds momentum.
Action replaces overthinking.
We often wait to feel ready before starting.
But in reality, starting is what makes us feel ready.
Today’s reminder to myself:
Stop carrying the weight of unfinished tasks. Start small and lighten your mind
