A Gentle Restart
I haven’t been writing my journal for the past few days. I wasn’t okay the days felt low, weird, and heavy. My energy was really down, which isn’t a good thing… but it also doesn’t mean I gave up.
Even on my worst days, I still push myself to do something even if it’s small. So today, I’m apologizing to myself for stopping, and I’m also forgiving myself.
From now on, I’ll track every kind of day good, productive, low energy, or completely off because they’re all part of the journey.
I wasn’t planning to post my journal today, but I forced myself because consistency matters. I don’t remember my whole day clearly, but I’m sharing my wins for today:
• Found four jobs and wrote cover letters for dummy bidding
• Read 20 pages of “$100M Offers”
• Took notes
• Engaged in the community for one hour
• Wrote a post about how I became consistent in Namaz
Small wins still count. And today, I’m proud of them.
