Aaj ka din calorie deficit pe band hua --- consistency > perfection. 🔥
🏋️ Gym: ✅ Done (Shoulders + Legs)
🏃 Cardio: Skip (kal double karenge 😅)
🍽️ Aaj ki diet:
• Mango shake --- fresh milk + walnuts, almonds, mix seeds
• Go to GYM
• Post-workout 1 protein scoop shake
• At 12:00AM, 40gm Oats in water + almonds + seeds
• Lunch: 2 beef koftas (oven ma gram kiya kofta ko and tissue sy press kiya to oil sara nikl aya) + 4 eggs bhuji + salad + 100gm papaita
• Dinner: 3 eggs + 30 gm white oats in water
📊 Numbers:
🔥 ~1,355 kcal (475 under target --- solid deficit!)

⚡ Aaj ka sabaq: Koftay ko oven mein garam kar ke tissue se press kiya --- extra oil nikal gaya. Chhoti chhoti cheezein deficit banati hain. Aj k din bht deela deela tha ma pta nhi kyu susti pri howi thi.
