took a shower
Prayed Asr
Spent Time with family
Prayed maghrib
Gym ( Back and Bicep day)
Back : Started warmup with Stretching , 3 sets of Lat Pull d Down , 3 sets of Bent Over Row , 3 sets for lower back
Bicep : 3 sets of Standing EZ Barbell Curl , 3 sets of Preacher Curl , 3 sets of Cable Curl
I was busy for 3 to 4 hours on a house work
Missed Isha ( felt guilty)
