Continued my SaaS Motion Graphic video (sabse zada time isi ma lga)
took a shower
Prayed zuhr
then i started doing a sample video for a client
missed asr (felt guilty)
kuch revisions kia client ke sample wali video ke
Prayed maghrib
Gym (Chest ,tricep and forearm day)
Chest :Started warmup with pushups , 3 sets of Incline Press for upper chest , 3 sets of Flat bench for middle chest , 3 sets of Cable for lower chest
Tricep: 3 sets of rope pushdown , 3 sets of single hand push , dips for triceps
Forearms : 3 exercises till failure
Missed Isha ( felt guilty)
