Here's the best way to straighten and strengthen your timber fence! If the post have fallen then the concrete around the post is not longer supporting the post so dig around the existing post and clear out all old concrete and soil from around the fence post with enough room to attach a new fence post to the back of the existing one, once you the new post attach a ratchet strap to the top of post and hit a stake in the ground about 2-3 away from fence and attach the other end of the strap and simply tighten till you have pulled the post straight and fill the hole to just under ground level with concrete. Leave the strap on for atleast 24 hours for concrete to set
