Mahjong School grew out of a simple idea: learning Mahjong should feel welcoming, not intimidating. After learning to play American Mahjong myself, I quickly realized there weren’t enough inclusive, supportive spaces to learn and play—so I started Mile High Mahjong in Denver.
I host monthly Mahjong events across Colorado, have taught hundreds of players—from complete beginners to more experienced players—and have played in, and placed in, tournaments. Along the way, I kept hearing the same question: “Do you offer virtual lessons?”
Mahjong School is my answer. As a member you can expect:
- Videos on instruction, strategy, Q&A, and general practice for the Charleston and game play
- Direct responses to your questions, you write me, and I'll write you back
- Community online games through I Love Mahj
- New Card instruction for NMJL and The Big Card
This online community brings the same clear instruction, encouragement, and connection that Mile High Mahjong is known for, now accessible from anywhere.
