What you’ll find here will be mainly my own training blocks, aimed at improving athletic performance, as well as lifestyle changes that will improve your body composition, and overall engine. This space is for people who care about training properly — getting strong, powerful, and resilient without feeling wrecked or slow all the time. Pitch athletes struggle to find a balance between building lean muscle mass, and improving athletic performance. Here, I am trying to bridge that gap.
