Hi, I’m Zita, the founder of Wellbeing Methods. I support women through overwhelm and stress using mindfulness, somatic practices, and gentle, practical tools that bring you back to yourself.
I created this space to offer a way to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control, without adding more pressure to your day.
