Don’t Start at the Beginning (Seriously)
The beginning of a song is often the hardest part.
Why:
  • No momentum yet
  • Breathing not settled
  • Fingers tense
Smarter Approach:
Start in the middle.
How to Do It:
  • Pick the easiest phrase
  • Loop it
  • Then connect outward
Action Step:
Find one “easy spot” in your song and play it 5 times in a row.
Truth:
Confidence builds before the first note.
