Welcome to the "Leadership Essentials" Certificate program taught by Dr. Wayne Cordeiro, a senior pastor of New Hope West, church planter with over 150 churches in the New Hope International network, author, and the (former) President of New Hope Christian College. This course includes a series of 10 class sessions that will provide you with an opportunity to earn a Leadership Essentials certificate.

"Life Skills for Leaders" is part of the STEP series of leadership development courses taught by Dr. Wayne Cordeiro. These are 12 one week sessions for equipping yourself or others on your team in leading your church or organization.

Are you right-handed or left-handed? Can you write with both your right and left hand? Do you swing a baseball bat or throw a ball with the right or left hand? Did you know that you can learn to be ambidextrous? Chances are that you can if you think differently about the skill. The same is true when you “Think about Leader” in that you develop both sides of your brain and broaden your leadership skills and practices.
