One symptom tells us something. A pattern tells us much more. When you’re experiencing brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, cravings, low mood, fatigue or changes in your cycle, it’s very easy to experience each one as a separate problem. But what happens when we start looking at them together? That’s where tracking can become incredibly useful. For the next 2–4 weeks, use this tracker to notice what’s happening with your symptoms alongside things such as sleep, stress, movement, food, alcohol and your cycle/HRT where relevant. Don’t try to be perfect. You’re collecting clues, not sitting an exam. 🕵🏻♀️ At the end of each week, ask yourself: What keeps happening together? What tends to happen before a difficult day? Are there days when I feel noticeably better — and what’s different about them? You don’t need to interpret everything yet. For now, we’re simply gathering information. Because one of the foundations of The CALM Method is something you’ll hear me say a LOT in here: Connect the dots. 🔍 Download your tracker below and let me know in the comments when you’re starting. 🤎 This resource is for education and self-reflection and isn’t intended to diagnose medical conditions or replace individual medical advice.
