Why most people never make money even with good info
There’s something I keep noticing. And I know it well, because I’m exactly the same. I’m a master of procrastination. Not in an obvious way. It looks like research. Comparing options. “Thinking it through properly”. New product → let me check a few moreNew idea → let me validate a bit deeperNew approach → maybe there’s a better way Feels logical. But nothing actually moves. At some point I realised it’s not about finding better information. It’s about getting past the point where turning back feels easier than continuing. So now when I start something new, I try to move as fast as possible in the beginning. Pick one direction.Set it up.Get it to a state where it already exists. Because once it’s live, even imperfectly, the game changes. You’re no longer deciding if you’ll do it. You’re already doing it. Everything I’m building here is basically around that. Less time in “thinking mode”.Faster move into “execution mode”. That’s where results start. If you feel yourself stuck in that loop, I’ve just added something that helps with exactly this. A tool where you can drop in your product idea and get a clear “go / test / skip” decision on the spot, based on my M.A.R.G.I.N. system. So instead of overthinking for days, you can validate and move forward immediately. https://buy.stripe.com/5kQ7sM8L40AG6yY35RbfO02 You can also access it (and other courses) by upgrading your Premium for just $19. Curious — what’s one idea you’ve been sitting on for too long?
Why “simple” businesses are actually harder to build
I’ve been noticing something while learning how people are building these lean, high-margin setups… The idea is always simplicity. But in reality, most people (including me at times) end up doing the opposite. Adding more products Testing more platforms Trying different offers all at once It feels productive, but it just creates noise. The people who seem to get results aren’t doing more, they’re doing less, but with more focus. One product One flow One clear direction Still figuring this out myself, but it’s interesting how “simple” actually requires more discipline than complexity. Has anyone else here run into this while building?
Quick question for Shopify store owners
Hey everyone, quick question What’s one thing stopping your store from getting more sales right now? I’ve been working with a few Shopify stores and noticed small things like layout, trust, or product pages usually make a big difference. Curious to hear your experience.
Just added long awaited Store-building course
It’s built around one simple shift - taking a product that exists only as an idea and turning it into a clean, ready-to-sell store in a focused sprint. Most people don’t get stuck because Shopify is hard. It’s the small things that drag on - structure, copy, decisions, and suddenly “I’ll finish it later” turns into weeks. So this is designed to move you past that point quickly. You follow a clear structure, use AI to generate what you need, and actually get something live instead of half-done. I’ll share more details on Monday. For now, it’s already inside. If you don’t feel like waiting, you can go explore it yourself. 👉 Upgrade to Premium ($19/month) and get instant access. While most people will leave this for next week, you could already have a store that’s ready by then. Curious who’s actually going to use the weekend to move something forward ;)

Just added long awaited Store-building course
I’ve just opened something inside the group…
Honestly, I didn’t plan to introduce this so early. But the group is growing faster than I expected: We’re already past 50 people, and I can clearly see the gap between those who are just exploring and those who want to move faster. Some of you are testing things already. Some are still figuring out where to even start. And some are stuck in that loop where everything looks right, but nothing really moves. So I decided to structure this properly. I’ve opened a Premium layer inside the community. And I’ll say it openly, there’s not much there yet. Right now, it’s just the beginning. You’ve already seen part of it with the Luxury Margin Product, but that’s only one piece. Over the next weeks, I’m building this into a full system: how to choose products how to position them how to build a store that actually converts how to drive traffic with AI and how to avoid burning money on things that don’t work. And also something that’s harder to explain, but matters a lot: Why some people move fast while others stay stuck for months, even when they have access to the same tools. This part is not about strategy. It’s about how you think, decide, and execute. I’ve spent years working on this, including subconscious patterns, mindset transformation and decision-making, and it’s probably the biggest unfair advantage I have. So Premium right now is early access plus everything I’ll be adding next. Which also means the price is at an early stage level. It will go up as the system grows. https://www.skool.com/luxury-dropshipping-4419/plans Nothing changes for the free part of the community. You can stay here, follow everything, and build at your own pace. But if you want to build this properly, without going in circles for months, Premium is where everything will start connecting. In meantime, tell me: what feels like the biggest block for you right now - understanding what to do and what to begin with, or actually executing once you know?
