I’ve trained my whole life. I’m 31 now and I’ve spent years developing across different disciplines. That’s what shaped me into a well-rounded athlete not just physically, but mentally.
Along the way I’ve worked with mindset and psychology coaches as well. That helped me build my internal practice understanding how I think, how I operate, how I regulate myself.
Body and mind aren’t separate. They build each other.
What I teach here comes from that experience.
