What's going on fam, it's a Funding Friday!

Wanted you guys to see the overview of a what a funding file needs to look like. This client has already been through credit repair but we specifically cleaned his report so he would still be FUNDABLE! A lot of times repair agents take off EVERYTHING negative, but the file ends up being to thin to fund once it's cleaned up.

I'm connecting him with Chase, US Bank, and Truist today so I'll hit y'all with the results when they come in.
