I am going through a sacred time in my life right now, the time of perimenopause, the extreme sport of hormonal changes and learning who I am now. I am honouring those changes but part of that is learning how I can work smart not hard to support myself body mind and soul through this transition and initiation into who I am becoming.
I will share with you all the wisdom I have gained from trauma informed somatic therapy, Polyvagal Theory, my knowledge of the mystical tradition of The Tree Of Life, my knowledge of healthy diet and effective low intensity exercise, managing sleep, and how to be kind to ourselves when we don’t always get things right!
