Love YOUniversity is a community for everyone that struggles with self- love. In this introduction I will be sharing a technique I not only tried myself, but encourage my peers to as well! Grab a mirror is a theory based on, you may can hide and put on a show for everyone else, but you can't hide from yourself. We all have insecurities, trauma, secrets, hopes, wishes, ambition... this list can go on for days. My question to you, have you ever just stared into your own eyes without looking away?
