Connected Spirit
In these chaotic times I am seeing REVOLUTION around the world. During COVID 19, governments tried to force mandates, masks, vaccines and tyrannical rules of separation and fear on our societies. I chose NOT to get vaccinated and choose NATURAL remedies to keep our immune systems strong. History repeats itself and the "powers that be" seem to tell us what evil plans they have before they do them, as if it's ok to unleash these devilish plans as long as our free will has been told about them. I saw a video where Bill Gates talked about vaccines killing a certain part of our DNA that connects us to spirit and our spiritual connection. Have you noticed that people who have chosen to play their game and get vaccinated many times have less of a connection to spirit and seem more empty in their gaze? I am concerned for our children and the future of humanity. There is a Hopi Prophecy about the Rainbow Warriors and how: when the rivers and waters are poisoned and the sky has spider webs etched across them and everyone is feeling divided, the Rainbow Warriors will rise, across all nations, colors and creed, we will return and CHOOSE LOVE and help to co create Peace on Earth. NOW is the time to choose love and return to having a reverence for nature, mother earth and remember our connection to our ancestors, the land, all sentient beings, nature and each other! What are your thoughts on this? How do we keep our spiritual connection without any Dogma or Organized Religion that wants to separate and divide us? Lets remember the Golden Rule, that spans across all religions: Do unto others have you would have them do unto you. And may we return to the gardens, learn self sustainability, rebuild our villages and return to our LOVE TRIBE! Aho! So be it.

Happy Heart
The last few years have perhaps been the hardest challenging times of my life. I am a mother, with no support from a man in our lives and It's hard to do everything on my own. I've been healing a broken heart over the last 3 years and have been celibate for over 1.5 years now. I ended up realizing that I was in a toxic trauma bonded relationship with a narcissist and finally took off the rose coloured glasses and, to my horror, I had to admit that I'd been cheated on, lied to, gaslit, manipulated and had my energy drained out of me from a very delusional, egotistical man, whom I thought loved me, but I guess he never really did, as who can treat someone they "love" like dirt. Now I have been learning to LOVE MYSELF. I had to enter "Hermit Mode" and rebuild myself from the ground up. A new apartment, new job, new friends, new self care habits, new music, new activities and hobbies and I've learned what I like and don't like without a controlling partner's opinion over bearing me at all times. Sometimes I feel lonely but I am willing to be alone in order to rebuild my self esteem, self respect and inner power. Now I am overflowing with self love. I've learned to truly fall in love with my own body, mind, heart, soul and spirit! All 5 senses, all 5 aspects of self, the 5 elements, all in alignment and connection with my loving heart. I'm sharing this honest reflection of my recent journey and dark night of the soul, in hopes that my authenticity will make you feel more trust and connection with me. May we know we are fragile yet strong, vulnerable yet resilient and may we share our journeys and life's lessons here, together, so we remember WE ARE NOT ALONE, WE ARE ALL ONE! What have you been going through that is teaching you important life lessons? How do you tend to the garden of your heart?

Clear Mind
Over the years I have studied and practiced many kinds of meditation and mindfulness. From Shambhala meditation, to Vispassanna, Yoga and Asanas, Singing and Mantras, Tonglen, Metta, to candle gazing and movement as a meditation. All of these have given me deeper insights into my thinking process, my "monkey mind" and all of my racing ideas and thoughts. Slowing down my breathing. Slowing my walking. Becoming more mindful in every moment. Feeling my feet on the ground. Tasting my water. Sensing my surroundings. Noticing my negative thoughts and giving myself a chance to acknowledge them and choose again- a different more supportive thought or belief. The more I practice mindfulness the better my life becomes. There's the concept that our lives that we see outside of ourselves is simply a projection of our beliefs. So when we are calm, loving, compassionate and patient with ourselves and others, Life reflects that goodness back to us. What techniques do you use for a CLEAR MIND?

Healthy Body
What do you do to keep your body healthy? I find gratitude really helps me keep my body healthy. Each morning when i wake up I, before I get up out of bed, I scan my body and am grateful for each moving part from head to toes. Then I stretch and do "child's pose" and get the blood flowing again. Then I make my bed and brush my teeth and get the day started! I used to drink organic fair trade coffee every day but I've heard that coffee drains the calcium in our bones. So now, I sometimes enjoy a hit chocolate, or cacao or mint tea with honey or English breakfast. But seriously, sometimes I just want a sweet coffee to hit the spot! Life is all about balance, dont you think? My new building has a gym, sauna and pool, which I'm also grateful for, so I use those facilities when I can. I've also been enjoying hot yoga classes at my near by Yoga Studio. It feels so good to get a deep stretch and honour my body for keeping me alive and well. I have a Berkey Water filter that makes my tap water more clean and I have a copper water jug, that over night, my water sits in it and in the morning I drink it and the copper has TONS of healing properties in it. I do my best to eat organic and shop locally. Fruits, veggies, vegetarian and mostly vegan diet! At night I enjoy dry brushing, up/down towards my heart, to get the blood flowing and cleaning my lymph nodes. After my shower, I enjoy natural body oils like Jojoba, Apricot, Castor and Frankincense all over my body and my face. At 50 years old, I do my best to honour that every day is different. Some days I have lots to do and other days I have time to rest. I do my best in every moment to have grace and kindness for myself and others. Boundaries are important too and its ok to say NO or YES, when the timing is right! What techniques and tricks do you use to keep your body healthy?
