- It just occurred to me that I didn't finish answering your question about Protein: Good sources of protein that have all 9 amino acids are tofu, edamame, tempeh,
along with lentils, rice, buckwheat; Quinoa, Chia, hemp seeds, beans (black, navy, chickpeas etc.) among other things. Hope that this answers your question. Protein is found in almost everything.
