Sending positive energy to you right now. This is my office for the next week. Acting in a new play with a great group of folks. Grateful to be in Key West but my hearts and thoughts are scattered around the country. I’m looking for ways we can better take care of each other and ourselves. There is so much going on in the world and it’ll be necessary to find more and more different ways to come together. So I’m here not with answers but with intentions to open channels and do what I can to help. How are you? And what do you need to move forward?

Hey Everyone, It’s been a while, and I’m thrilled to reconnect with you all as we reboot the L.O.V.E. Group for 2026! We’re kicking things off with two live sessions tomorrow: one in the morning at 9 a.m. and another in the afternoon around 4 p.m. I understand this is short notice, and even if you can’t make it this time, don’t worry! This is just the beginning, and we’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect and collaborate throughout the year. How are you? I've been in hibernation working on my daily routine. I'll tell you more about it in detail later. But I've been focused on daily exercise and affirmations primarily.
