I’m an art therapy practitioner, K–12 art teacher, yoga instructor, and mom who believes creativity can help us slow down, process emotions, and reconnect with ourselves.
This space is built around a gentle practice I call The Lotus Layer Practice... creating one art journal page at a time, adding small layers throughout the week until it slowly becomes a meaningful piece of art.
Along the way we incorporate simple grounding, expressive art-making, and reflection so creativity becomes both calming and inspiring.
You don’t need special supplies or artistic experience. You just need curiosity and a willingness to begin.
