My #1 Struggle
Many days I eat a lot of the same foods that I love:
  • Oats
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Tofu
  • Beans
  • Greens
  • Nuts
Very simple.
But when I go on social media, I see so many people making so many different recipes, and honestly, I began to get overwhelmed. I start to look at my rotation of meals and think to myself:
"Am I doing enough?"
I'd like to have a different meal everyday for every single meal, but for me, that's not realistic.
It can be easy to look at other people's "lives" online and question your own decisions. (social media lives are usually never as they seem by the way)
This is just a note for myself and others: What's sustainable for you is the best thing for your health. Your way is also amazing. So keep doing what makes you healthy and happy.
