Well I have a challenge for you. You are looking in the wrong area. Seniors are the answer to these issues. We are dependable, have a strong work ethic (most of us have been working since we were 11) we are loyal and dedicated. Think about it. a senior customer walks into a dispensary (no it's not a joke) and they see a senior budtender, or a senior brand ambassador, they immediately feel comfortable having someone to relate to. Younger customers enjoying grandma or grandpa. Not all seniors get to retire living the dream and many still have to supplement our incomes and also be able to afford to purchase their own products. We are eager to learn and ready to roll.
