Happy New Year Team! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. We've been working hard behind the scenes. trying to improve your experience and I wanted to let you know what is happenung... First I have partnered with 2 incredible people, the first being a bilingual speech pathologist who specializes in helping stroke patients with aphasia as well as swallowing issues. Our second partner is a personal trainer, He is a former Mr. NJ, and at 57 still competes, only now in the senior division. He offers weekly - free zoom classes, and he will be creating senior friendly exercises and workouts. The next update I am SO excited about, I will be creating a weekly chat, here in Skool. Just a hangout and shoot the shit, on camera or off, just a safe fun place to hang for an hour and escape the world. Now for your help, would you prefer a lunch time chat or an evening chat? To start off I will be doing one a week. Let me know, because this is YOUR community, Our village, Our Stash House. Hmmm what do you think of that as our chat room name, not a she shed or a man cave, but the stash house, I like that. Let me know what you think and I am open to chat room name suggestions. I am sure most of you are very creative and moreso than I am. I'd like to send a shout out to our newest partners, Glass Meadows, Fernway, TarTubes and Jersey Smooth. What do you all think about having a chat room, old school AOL days style. like married with children, tips and tricks and so on? We can do it right here in Skool. What does that mean for consumers, patients, and the industry. I have been finding it depends on who you ask. The one thing that I was very happy to hear - Medicare CBD coverage, I'm curious to see the definition of "CBD" what the percentages will be. I would really like to see availability in hospitals. Personally. I spent 5 weeks in the hospital with a broken hip, did not take any opioids, just IV Tylenol. If I had been allowed my medicine the stay would have been more bearable. And that is my 2 cents worth. How do you all feel about this "Historic" move? How do you think it will effect you? It's a lot to take in. Liz~
