Hello Everyone,
Something that a lot of people need is their own solidarity. Also, meeting time for yourself. And we are struggling in the thick of anxiety, our brains are already overloaded. This means taking ten minutes to relax in a dark warm place will shed sensory closure for our body to relax.
Here’s something to do today.

➡️ Sit in darkness for 10 minutes and simply relax. Think about your favorite place to be, and all the details about it.
