🎥 Living Strong 4G Reset – Week 27: Start in the Gain
Happy Monday, everyone! 👋 Welcome to this week's Living Strong 4G Reset. Every Monday, I take a few minutes to reset my mindset using four simple questions: 🌱 Gain — What progress have I made? 🌿 Grow — How will I grow from that progress? 🚶 Go — What action will I take this week? ❤️ Give — How can I use what I've learned to help someone else? This week's biggest gain came from spending time with local business owners at a community event. One simple question they asked reminded me of a principle I've believed for years: Relationships before transactions. Transformation before transactions. Whether you're growing a business, raising a family, leading a team, or simply trying to become a better version of yourself, I hope this week's conversation encourages you. As we head into the Fourth of July week, let's look for opportunities to encourage others, support local businesses, and strengthen our communities one relationship at a time. After you watch the video, I'd love to hear from you. 👉 What's one gain you've made recently that you're proud of? 👉 What's one action you'll take this week because of it? Have an incredible week, everyone. Live Strong. 💙

🎥 Living Strong 4G Reset – Week 27: Start in the Gain
🌅 Yesterday's Gains – July 3, 2026
One habit that's been changing the way I look at each day is asking a simple question: "What did I gain today?" Yesterday's gains weren't just about what I accomplished. They were about the lessons I learned, the people I served, and the realization that every small step is helping build something that will outlast me. I hope this reflection encourages you to pause for a few minutes and think about your own day. 🎥 Watch the video, and then I'd love to hear from you... What was one gain from your day yesterday? Let's celebrate progress together. Live Strong, Peter

Yesterday's Gains Become Today's Foundation
One of the most valuable habits I've developed is taking a few minutes every morning to reflect on yesterday's gains. It's easy to focus on what's still missing, what we haven't accomplished, or how far we still have to go. That's what The Gap and The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy challenged me to rethink. In this new Living Strong Method video, I share how this simple daily practice has changed the way I begin each morning and why it's become an important part of my life. My hope is that it encourages you to pause, recognize your progress, and build today's confidence on yesterday's gains. I'd love for you to watch the video and then join the conversation below. Discussion Question: What is one gain from yesterday that you're proud of, and how will it help you move forward today?
