Washing the dishes .., the order….. step by step
So we will start with washing the dirty kitchen dishes…. So we want cheapest equipment and most cleanest result. 1-rinse off excess scraps and identify any harder than usual items, put aside and add a small amount of water to soak. 2-Now you should have an empty kitchen basin and now rinse and wash the draining board and kitchen basin. 3-fill sink 2/3 with boiling hot water and add 10-20mls of dish washing liquid. Depending on your brand. 4-we need to wash the dishes in a specific order. Start with the glasses, then mugs and plastic wear. Ne now add the cutlery and allow it to soak whilst you clean the ceramic plates and bowls. Then we are back to your cutlery, I like to empty half the the water out it makes finding the cultery easier. 5-Discard the dirty water and replace it with New water . 6-Repeat step three. 7-Now it’s time for your pots and pans and a large oven items. 8-rinse out a cloth well and wipe down all the countertop surfaces including the top of the oven and microwave. 9-dishes should be allowed to air dry is the most hygienic. Good quality material cloth. That is washed clean and layed out to allow to dry when not in use. If you rinse all dishes immediately after usage you will find it make a difference to the quality of water and the second is sometimes not necessary. Anything that persistent a good soaking boiling hot water and then allowing it to cool and try again. Avoid scows and still and harsh cleaning items for they may scratch and leave marks.
