Step by step:
1. Sit with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
2. Place your hands on your thighs.
3. Gently close your eyes.
4. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds (your abdomen will expand).
5. Exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds (release tension).
6. Scan your body with your attention, from head to toe.
7. If a thought arises, return to your breath.
