Take a quiet moment today and ask yourself:
When was the last time my body truly felt settled?
What helps me exhale… not just physically, but emotionally?
As you move through today, notice the sounds around you. Which ones create tension? Which ones bring calm?
If you have two minutes, try the humming reset from the blog and pay attention to what shifts in your body, your thoughts, or your energy afterward.
