I'm so excited to finally share The ROOTED Way™ Mini Reset with you! I created this experience for those moments when life feels like...a lot. When you're carrying so much that you don't even know where to begin. The Mini Reset is a simple, research-informed, faith-centered practice that helps you pause, reconnect, and take one small step toward greater peace. For just $5, you'll get immediate access to the Mini Reset experience and the downloadable guide. And for this week only, everyone who purchases the Mini Reset will also be invited to join me for a live Group Office Hours session. We'll spend time reflecting on the experience together, talking about what stood out to you, answering questions, and exploring how you can make the Mini Reset part of your everyday life. Think of it as a chance to process, learn from one another, and continue the conversation in community. My hope is that this isn't just another course you complete. I hope it's the beginning of a new rhythm—one where you learn to pause before stress takes over and discover that even a few intentional minutes can make a meaningful difference. If that sounds like something you need right now, I'd love to have you join us. I can't wait to walk this journey with you. 💚 Dr. Tina

🌿 Week 1, Day 1 – A Season of Returning
Hello Family, Today begins Lent. I didn’t plan a big launch. No structured rollout. No formal program. But I don’t want to let the season pass without intention. So for the next 40 days, I’m going to share simple reflections drawn from the ROOTED devotional, not as performance, but as practice. Today’s reflection that stayed with me: Lent is not about proving devotion. It’s about returning. Returning when life has subtly crowded your clarity. Returning when stress has become your baseline. Returning when you’ve been carrying more than you realized. So today, don’t “give something up” yet. Just notice. 🌿 What feels crowded? 🌿 What feels heavy? 🌿 Where do you feel slightly misaligned? That noticing is the beginning of realignment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Today’s Practice (5 Minutes) Sit quietly. Place your feet flat on the floor. Take three slow breaths. Ask: Where am I holding unnecessary tension? Don’t fix it. Just name it. That is enough for Day 1. We’re not doing more. We’re returning. If you’re walking this Lent journey, drop one word below that describes what this season feels like for you.
Check it out!

🌿 ROOTED Weekly Pause | Gentle Practice
Living Lean: Carrying Only What This Season Requires This week’s pause is an invitation to lean into what is without fixing, forcing, or figuring everything out. It’s about creating just enough space to breathe, notice, and gently release what you don’t need to carry right now. Set aside 5–10 minutes. You can sit, walk slowly, or rest, whatever feels most supportive today. This practice is a reminder to live lean and to carry only what this season requires and softly set the rest down. You don’t have to hold everything at once. You’re allowed to move at the pace of your life. 🎧 Press play. Breathe. Let something go. If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to share: - One word that captures what you’re releasing or - One way you’re choosing to live lean this week You’re also free to simply rest and witness. 💛
