If your energy changes day to day… If you can’t predict how you’ll feel… If you’ve been told “everything is fine” but you don’t feel fine… There is a reason for that. Your nervous system is responding to what it has lived through. This space helps you understand that response. 🌿 WHAT THIS COMMUNITY IS Inside the Neuro Somatic Sanctuary, you’ll learn: - how the nervous system actually works (without overwhelm or jargon) - why symptoms fluctuate day to day - what “capacity” really means in the body - how to stop pushing through survival states - how to build a more compassionate relationship with your energy 🌙 WHAT THIS IS NOT This is not: - medical advice - a diagnosis tool - a quick fix - a productivity system There is nothing here to optimise you. Only to help you understand yourself. 🧠 WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE 🌿 1. Nervous System Education Simple explanations of complex patterns so your body finally starts to make sense. 🌙 2. Pacing & Capacity Guidance Learn how to stop forcing consistency in a system designed to fluctuate. 🧘 3. Emotional Regulation Awareness Understand what your system is doing when it feels: - overwhelmed - flat - anxious - shut down 🌿 4. Gentle Reframing of Symptoms Shift from:“Why am I like this?”to:“What is my body responding to?” 🌙 5. Community Support You’re not learning this alone. Others here understand the reality of living between stable and unstable days. 🧠 WHO THIS IS FOR This space is for you if you: - live with chronic illness or fluctuating health - experience fatigue, pain, or brain fog - feel inconsistent in your energy or emotions - have been told “everything is normal” but don’t feel normal - are exhausted from trying to push through

From Fighting My Body to Finding My Flow: Why I Built This Sanctuary
I didn’t start this because I had a perfect plan. I started because I needed something that actually fit a life lived with Fibromyalgia, Chiari Malformation, and FND. Around 10 years ago, life as I knew it stopped. I’ve had to learn how to live alongside the unpredictable—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Then, when I hit 40 and perimenopause arrived, my capacity shifted again. For a long time, I tried to "get back" to the old me. But after completing intense trauma therapy (EMDR) this year, something shifted. I realized I can’t go back to work—or life—in the way I once did. My physical health is unpredictable, and my mental health is a work in progress. Trying to force myself into old boxes only led to burnout. I realized it’s not that I can’t work; it’s that work and life now have to look different. That realization birthed Living Between Flares and Midlife and Mindful. I found a way to bridge the gap: 1. Healing the Nervous System: Learning to live in safety, even with complex neurological symptoms. 2. Digital Products: Creating a "Health-First" business that runs while I’m resting. No packing orders, no rigid schedules—just a way to regain control and purpose. This community is my "Sanctuary." Whether you are here to learn how to regulate your nervous system or to build your own digital income so you can finally stop fighting your body—you are seen here. We aren't going back to who we were. We are building something better for who we are now.

Why things sometimes feel worse when you rest
When you slow down, your nervous system finally has space to process what it was holding. That can feel like: - fatigue increasing - emotions surfacing - symptoms becoming louder - This does not mean rest is wrong. It means your system is adjusting.
