Hope this is okay to share - one tip that supports my wellbeing is the practice of spending time in fractal rich greenspaces.
Research suggests that fractals have positive effects on our psyche such as stress reduction, improved focus and better mood.
Even just 20 mins in fractal rich areas can assist in improving our mental wellbeing.
Hope this helps people spend some time outdoors with purpose 💚🌿
