Why we need mentors and connections

I had standards before I got a mentor but..

I tried to set some what of a standard but I didn’t really know what was all the way possible until I seen what they had and what they were doing.

I had goals like I wanted to retire from the streets with a book that sells one million copies (so I could be a millionaire ya know) but I didn’t know how that would look or where I could sell that number of books etc.

And

I had a goal to keep my bottom beezys forever but I didn’t know what it took to keep them forever until I seen how Jimi Starr was doing it etc. Then I had an example to look at etc.

So yes I had some ideas as to where I wanted to end up in the game or the heights I wanted to reach but my thoughts became flesh around the big players who already had it. Because you can be what you see
