Hibachi Sunsets.
This tiny $27 Hibachi stove has become such a massive part of my life. To say I love it is an understatement 🙌 I have no stove or power so hibachi it is! It’s completely changed how I cook and eat. I light it almost every night and cook outside on it… even in the snow 😉 For something so small and simple, it’s brought me an incredible amount of joy. And the food that comes off this tiny cooker is honestly insane. Tonight’s dinner is basically “whatever needs to be eaten from the garden before winter” 😉 Vegetables over coals, fresh herbs, and cream cheese stuffed peppers. My belly is excited 🤍

Mothers Day
All my Little Hill Mother’s Day packs are finally made, wrapped and on their way 🤍 Tiny handmade pieces of nature and calm, heading off to surprise some beautiful mums this weekend. I packed these outside tonight as the frost started falling and the sky turned gold. Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mums out there

A slow life, one day at a time
I didn’t plan this life. A few years ago, everything changed, and I found myself starting again — on my own, with no clear plan. I had this small piece of land, and not much else. So I began quietly. I started creating with my hands again — making things from nature, teaching chocolate in a slower way, cooking over coals, and slowly working toward the little cottage I’m meant to have, while living simply in the tiny cottage I built. Some days feel peaceful. Some feel heavy. But all of it is real. This space is where I’m sharing that life as I rebuild it — one day at a time. If you’re craving something slower, simpler, and more grounded… you’re welcome here. 🤍

Winter is coming
Nothing says winter is close than a light frost each morning . So it’s time to put all my winter rugs down for the season and get my cabin as cozy as possible . Hard to believe this was once an old tool shed frame that was going to be demolished. She cost me a donation of $250 to the school and a lot of elbow grease and look at her now 🥰
