Really valuable session today. I now have a much clearer understanding of how to position myself on LinkedIn instead of simply listing my technical skills. My biggest takeaways were: → How to create a clear niche statement and outcome-focused positioning → How to optimize my LinkedIn banner/tagline → How to structure an About section around problems, solutions, and outcomes → How to identify the right recruiters and hiring managers → How to use Boolean searches to find my target audience → How to use relevant keywords without making my profile look keyword-stuffed The biggest mindset shift for me was understanding that LinkedIn is not just about saying what I know, but clearly communicating who I help, what problem I solve, and what outcome I can create. Great learning experience. Looking forward to implementing everything and seeing the results.
