Here’s the creative I’m using today for customers of my e-commerce brand, Loyal Luxuries. But the creative isn’t really what I want business owners to pay attention to. Pay attention to the methodology behind it. I created a methodology I call AI-Assisted Vendor Intelligence. Instead of going to one of my vendors, scrolling through thousands of products and guessing what inventory I should spend my money on, I used AI to help me make the decision. I had AI analyze the vendor’s inventory against current trends, luxury fashion signals and potential buying opportunities. Then I had it narrow thousands of products down to 10 items worth testing. But I took it one step further. I’m not immediately buying all 10. I’m presenting those AI-selected products to my actual customers through a Pre-Order Pop-Up Live and allowing customer demand to validate the recommendations BEFORE I make the larger inventory investment. Think about that process: Vendor Inventory → AI Analysis → Trend Intelligence → Product Shortlist → Customer Validation → Pre-Orders → Purchasing Decision → Sales Data That’s AI-Assisted Vendor Intelligence. And this methodology isn’t really about jewelry or accessories. If your business purchases products, inventory, materials or supplies from vendors, wholesalers, distributors or manufacturers, think about how this methodology could be adapted to your operation. This is the conversation I believe businesses need to be having about artificial intelligence. Not just: “What AI tool should I learn?” But: “How can I use AI to make better business decisions?” I’m testing these methodologies inside my own businesses before I teach them. And tonight, my customers get to vote on AI’s recommendations with the one piece of data that matters most: their wallets. Then I get to analyze what AI got right, what it got wrong, and what we can improve. That’s where AI gets interesting.
