THE RULES (BUILT TO PROTECT YOU) These aren’t here to restrict you — they’re here to protect the integrity of the group and the people in it. 1. Lead With Respect. We’re all at different stages. Disagree if you need to — just do it with respect. No personal attacks, no negativity. 2. Stay Focused on Growth. We keep conversations centered around: Training, nutrition, peptides, hormone optimization, recovery, and mindset. 3. No External Links. To keep everyone safe, we don’t allow links. If something helped you, explain it in your own words — that’s how we all learn. 4. Keep It Vetted. Please don’t mention or promote brands or products unless they’ve been approved by Age Reimagined. If you’re unsure, just ask. 5. No Self-Promotion. This is a space for connection and growth — not marketing. If your post points people back to you or your business, it won’t stay up. 6. Respect Boundaries (No Unsolicited DMs). Please don’t message members to sell or redirect them. If it happens to you, let us know — we’ll handle it. 7. No Sourcing Conversations. We don’t discuss where to buy or how to source regulated compounds. This keeps the group safe and protected. 8. Honor Privacy. What’s shared here stays here. No screenshots, no reposting — ever. 9. Be Someone Who Lifts Others Up. Share what’s worked for you. Support others. We grow faster together than we ever could alone. 10. Enjoy the Process. This journey can be hard — but it should also feel empowering. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION By being here, you agree:

Human Growth Hormone (HGH) & Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1) Injection Timing Based on Your Objective
Once you understand the relationship between human growth hormone and insulin growth factor (IGF-1), the timing of HGH or IGF-1 injections starts to make a lot more sense. When you inject HGH, you completely bypass the pituitary gland. Your body no longer needs to “release” growth hormone naturally because you’re supplying it directly into the bloodstream. That means insulin isn’t interfering with GH release the way it would under natural conditions. However, the process doesn’t stop there. The HGH still has to reach the liver, where it gets converted into IGF-1. And for that conversion to happen efficiently, insulin still plays an important role. That’s why HGH timing changes depending on what you’re trying to achieve. If fat loss is your primary goal, taking HGH in a fasted state—usually in the morning—makes the most sense. Growth hormone itself strongly promotes fat breakdown, and this effect is enhanced while fasting. Since fat burning doesn’t rely heavily on IGF-1, there’s no need to spike insulin immediately afterward. If muscle growth is the goal, the strategy shifts. In that case, it’s common to inject HGH and then eat within about 30 to 60 minutes. The insulin response from the meal helps the liver convert HGH into IGF-1 more effectively, and IGF-1 is the main driver behind muscle protein synthesis and anabolic growth. IGF-1 injections work very differently. When you inject IGF-1 directly, you bypass the entire growth hormone pathway altogether. There’s no need for your body to release GH or convert anything in the liver because you’re already introducing the final compound itself. Since IGF-1 has a relatively short half-life, timing becomes much more centered around training. Many people use it either before or after workouts to maximize its anabolic effects. Some even inject it into the specific muscle group they trained in an attempt to create a more localized growth response. Because no hormonal conversion is required, fasting protocols don’t matter nearly as much with IGF-1 as they do with HGH.
Doing nothing is still a decision.
You never escape difficulty in life—you only decide which kind of struggle you’re willing to face. There’s no such thing as staying neutral. Every day, you’re either growing or slowly falling apart, and the most dangerous part is that avoidance rarely feels destructive in the moment. Skipping the workout because you’re exhausted feels harmless. Avoiding a difficult conversation feels like waiting for a better time. Delaying financial decisions feels responsible because you “need more information.” But in reality, inaction is still action. The consequences continue moving forward whether you participate or not. Your body weakens whether you train it or not. Relationships drift apart whether you address problems or stay silent. Financial pressure compounds while you hesitate. Life keeps progressing even when you pause. People often think failure is the opposite of success, but it’s not. Quitting is. And doing nothing is simply quitting disguised as waiting. We convince ourselves we’re being patient when really we’re choosing comfort and resistance-free living. The truth is that everything around you rests on the person you become daily. Your family, health, work, and future are all built on that foundation. When you consistently avoid difficult responsibilities, the damage doesn’t stop with you—it affects everyone connected to your life. This reflects the lesson in Matthew 7 about building on rock versus sand. Both men heard the truth. The difference was that one acted on it while the other did nothing. When hardship came, only one foundation remained standing. The difficulties you avoid today never disappear. They grow heavier with time. The conversation you postpone can become a broken marriage. The workouts you skip can become a health crisis. The finances you ignore can become a life of stress and limitation. You cannot avoid hardship altogether. You only choose between two kinds: the disciplined pain that strengthens your life, or the regret that comes from neglecting it. And regret is always heavier because deep down, you know you chose it through inaction.
