What do you think makes the biggest difference when scaling a community:

1️⃣ More traffic2️⃣ Better offer3️⃣ Stronger positioning4️⃣ Retention & culture

I’ve seen people focus heavily on one and completely ignore the others and it usually shows.

Personally, I’m starting to believe retention + culture might be the real unfair advantage long term.
