Energy

This might sound silly or childlike to some of you, but it’s small things like this that makes me happy.

On Friday I burnt myself with a pot trying to stop my little gorgeous not to touch the hot stove.

In the moment I was in so much mixed emotions of being grateful I stopped her just in time. Feeling the constant burn on my arm. Anger because I told her not to come close.

But on Saturday I noticed that I burned energy on my arm. Which was a constant reminder that everything is acceptable, because everything is energy. And that there is a silver lining to every bad situation if you just stop for a moment and look a little closer.

And now it’s fading which I am sad about. So just before my body completely heals itself, I took a photo for you guys.

Albert Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that's all there is to it.. Match the frequency of the energy you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”
