This week we will practise listening to our intuition in a very simple way. Since we also have many new members 😁
Choose one moment during the day when you have to make a small decision. It can be something simple like choosing a route, deciding what to eat, or sending a message to someone.
Before you decide, pause for a few seconds. Take a slow breath and ask yourself quietly, “What feels right?”
Notice the first feeling or thought that comes without analysing it too much. Follow that feeling and observe the result.
Your task for this week is to do this at least three times.

What decision you used your intuition for
How your body or mind gave you the answer
What happened after you followed it
