I had a message asking if it would be possible to add more live group sessions rather than having them only once a month. I would love to do that. My goal for this community is to keep the monthly live practice session and also add one more live session each month where we can do live meditations, sound baths, healing sessions, and more. But please, show up. Our last live session had only 3 people. We have 41 members, and usually only 6 to 7 people attend the live sessions. In order for me to add one more monthly session, please try to attend the monthly live sessions so we can have more breakout rooms and more people to practise with. Also, please share your experiences from this community with others so we can invite more people in. You can invite people directly by using your personal referral link. Simply go to your profile, navigate to Settings > Affiliates, and copy your unique referral link. This way, we will have a bigger group to practise with and it will make it easier to add the extra live session. Remember, this community is built for you to connect and practise safely. It is your opportunity to step out of the observer seat and become the creator by offering your abilities, rather than only watching the courses.

The AFCAA course will soon be moved to my website, where I will be able to expand it further and include quizzes for a better learning experience. For those currently watching the course, please note that there will be a slight delay in opening the second stage, Fear, while I set everything up properly for the remaining stages. Hi Olga and everyone else. Hope you are all doing OK. I wanted to share 2 channelled messages or whatever they were .....Olga let me know what's your opinion about that? 1. What this non-reality is: I have seen a brain more like a neuro pathway i will attach an image ....its almost how i saw it.....so basically my understanding of this is that what we think we experience is actually a Creation....imagination of the neurons electrons whatever in the brain. This is related to a download i had a while ago....which told me that nothing is real .....this world is not real My mind had and still has trouble understanding this .....as to my mind ....of the ego....everything is real ...... Please comment on this with your own thoughts. 2. This is not the real world. The real world is somewhere else.( and I could see ....remember a bit how amazing the real world is ....it is very hard to describe......it is or it can be better said ...like earth .....but there are this yellow orange like rays...warm and filled with peace ....there are no words to describe it .....as there is a feeling ....that has no word in false earth language ..... Safe .....and .....a while ago I had a Qauntum Hypnosis That lasted 4 hours the one created By Dolores Canon .....and I have seen myself in a past life where for some reasons I would be in the world ...do things .....bee very upset and unfulfilled ....and then in my house there was this room where I would be allowed rare ....where I could feel and see this loving type of orangy light ....that was amazing ....same as I see now .... Related to those ..... I think I know why I find it so difficult to be in this world ....because the 3d messge was ...... We should never ever be teached any negativity....towards the other ....towards other people ..... This closes up true connection which is always in the real world ..... This week we will practise listening to our intuition in a very simple way. Since we also have many new members 😁 Choose one moment during the day when you have to make a small decision. It can be something simple like choosing a route, deciding what to eat, or sending a message to someone. Before you decide, pause for a few seconds. Take a slow breath and ask yourself quietly, “What feels right?” Notice the first feeling or thought that comes without analysing it too much. Follow that feeling and observe the result. Your task for this week is to do this at least three times. At the end of the week, come back here and share: What decision you used your intuition for How your body or mind gave you the answer What happened after you followed it There is no right or wrong answer. The goal is simply to become more aware of how intuition speaks to you. 🎉Bonus if you can recognise the clair senses that delivered the message for you
