When intelligence becomes free...
Lately, I’ve been circling around a question: What happens when intelligence becomes free, but meaning still costs something to build? That question is the foundation of The Luxum Thesis — an ongoing investigation into how architecture, design, and ethics evolve in the age of AI. When cognition is abundant, what remains scarce is purpose, space, and experience. This community is my attempt to explore that shift publicly — through dialogue, design, and experimentation. The first study in this thesis is LightHouse — a recovery space for the urban era, designed to help people reset daily through light, temperature, and community. It's a prototype for a new kind of architecture — one that builds rituals of meaning rather than monuments of information. Here, I’ll be sharing parts of that process: early sketches, business frameworks, reflections, and questions that might not have answers yet. I’m not looking for followers — I’m looking for thinkers, builders, and architects of value. If you’ve found your way here, I’m curious —What brought you? What question or pursuit made you press “join”?
