Hello Light Army!
I’m Denise Lynn Purdy and I am a soul here to shine my light. 💡
This group is a powerful reminder of WHO/What I am not what I do so I appreciate the guidance on the intro.
I’m joining from the Midwest, (Missouri).
I don’t have complete clarity on what I’m building because it feels so different than anything I’ve done the first half of my life.
A community? A support system based on truth?
If anything- I’d say I’m building my capacity and emotional/nervous system resilience to continue to build a life I love and am proud of and making a significant impact in others lives along the way.
My focus for the next 30 days is to honor my body and its current needs for rest, support and then focus on my mission and service from well nourished body and soul.
