Good evening everyone I was speaking to the brother and I was telling him about this book and how it really changed our organization and how we approach Cold Calling It helped us understand that as humans we have a natural fear of rejection and that when you are cold, calling, you have to know that you are signing up to expose yourself and be vulnerable to rejection. There’s no shortcuts or way around it.
This book really dives in to the psychology of prospecting and lays out the framework to develop either yourself or the team to fall in love with cold calling and become fanatical prospectors
