Your brain isn't broken.
When you're under stress, it loops. That's not a flaw β that's physiology. Your amygdala is doing its job. It just needs a gentle interrupt signal to know it's safe to stop.
Here's what I want you to try right now π
Tap the side of your hand β your Sorter Point β and say out loud:
"Even though my thoughts won't stop, I'm choosing to come back to right now."
Do it 3 times. Slowly. Mean it.
Notice what shifts β even just a little. That little shift? That's your nervous system beginning to sort.
Thoughts don't have to stop completely for you to feel better. You just need to give your brain a safe place to land. πΏ
