Last weeks seminar was illuminating - I hope that you'll consider doing at least once a month! Big shout out to all of you who participated and especially to @Warren Gibbons for challenging me to recommit to my daily none-negotiables - "keep it simple" was the phrase that drove it all the way to the end line for me - Thank you! Here's my update for today: 3 NONE-NEGOTIABLES COMPLETED 1. DID MY MORNING WALK & JOG WITH PULL-UPS AND PUSH-UPS IN BETWEEN (OUTSIDE IN THE PARK) 2. FULL PRESENCE WITH JESUS THROUGH SCRIPTURE AND WITH MY WIFE 3. 30 MINUTES UNINTERUPTED HIGH LEVERAGE OPPROTUNITY (SIGNED UP TO 4 NEW NETWORKING EVENTS)

I hope you're having a phenomenal week. Last weekend we had a terrific session, and @Casey Kaufman taught a phenomenal lesson regarding A.C.T. Therapy! Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a type of therapy that helps you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings and instead learn how to live with them in a healthier way. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate difficult emotions, it focuses on accepting them while committing to actions that align with what truly matters to you. Becoming the observer of harsh and tough experiences can give us tremdous wisdom to succeed.
