Starting Stage 3

I'm moving on to stage 3 today. A couple of things that I did notice as I went through the training videos. I was following along and working on the weekly template change only to find that I had to delete it because in the next video it talked about adding a Mastery Target which I hadn't done. This needs to be done before opening a new weekly cycle if you want it to apply to that cycle. The other thing was that the Admin target score in the video is set at 30, mine is set to 40? Other then that is has been a well thought out training system! I can't wait to dig in deeper. I've really noticed that my productivity has gone way up.
