Hey team!
I'm really enjoying stage 5 but finding it hard to consistently have a "successful" day, I think this is because the habits aren't quite weighted correctly for me... I've got my Life Admin and Recovery scores pretty dialed, but not sure how to score the nutrition area.
Have you customised any habits yet? If so, what scores are you giving your habits so it works for you? What areas are you absolutely nailing and what are you struggling with?
