Reset/Fix the template

This might be down to me being a notion noob, but is there a way that I can fix the template without losing my data? I miss-clicked something and now in the day-view I can't input in any data (the particular day is not linked on the page I guess). - New day works fine again.

Also in the day view I must have unlinked the weeks priorities as they no longer show... would love some help without losing my days that I have put in! This one doesn't show with a new day.
