There's no shortage of coaches anymore... And AI is about to make that even more obvious. You can ask ChatGPT to create your niche. Your coaching framework. Your 12-week program. Your content. Your worksheets. Your coaching questions. Your website can look incredible. Your Instagram can make you look like an expert. But there's still one question a potential client should probably be asking... "Can this person actually coach me?" Because looking like a coach and being an exceptional coach are two very different things. And I think that's where the coaching industry is heading. As AI makes the surface-level stuff easier to create, the things that are harder to fake become more valuable. Training. Competency. Experience. Results. And, increasingly, credibility. It's one of the reasons I've become such a big believer in ICF certification. Coaching is an unregulated industry. Anyone can call themselves a coach tomorrow. So having a globally recognised coaching credential gives you something AI can't simply manufacture for you. But I don't think a qualification alone is enough either. You still need to know what you're actually going to help people with. You need a niche. A methodology. A process. And enough experience coaching real human beings that when someone brings you something difficult, you don't have to quietly ask ChatGPT what question to ask next :) That's why this Monday I'm running a FREE live masterclass: The Coaches AI Can't Replace And How to Become One I'll show you why I believe relationship coaching is one of the strongest niches to build around in the age of AI… Why ICF certification is becoming increasingly valuable… And how you can combine a recognised credential, a proven relationship coaching methodology and real coaching experience to become the kind of coach people will still happily pay for.
